German 1930’s Aviation Award Plaque

Silvered circular plaque with relief of a German aircraft in flight with around the edge “DAS DEUTSCHE VOLK-MUSS EIN VOLK VON FLIEGERN WERDEN”. Mounted onto a hexagonal wooden backing with silvered plaque engraved “Feld-Weihn 39 seine 6/12”. Reverse with German medallists paper label and mounting fitting,in very good condition.
